Welcome to Richard and Gabriela’s place, hosts who are passionate about the mountains!
We are delighted to present our spacious holiday apartment located in Pelvoux, close to the Écrins National Park. Situated on the second floor of a house that includes several holiday rentals, this apartment is an ideal place for an unforgettable stay.
With a total surface area of 100 square metres, the apartment features a large 38 m² living and dining area with a wide bay window offering an open view of Mont Pelvoux. The dining area is equipped with a large table that can seat up to six people. The terrace includes a barbecue and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying convivial moments outside.
The apartment is equipped with central heating in the bedrooms and the kitchen, as well as a combination of central heating and a wood-burning stove in the living and dining area.
The apartment includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a small desk area. A second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A mezzanine above the living room is fitted with a double bed. Access to the mezzanine is via a low ceiling with exposed beams.
The large, recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The bathroom with toilet, as well as a separate toilet with washbasin, have been completely renovated for your comfort. You will also have access to a storage room for luggage, jackets, and hiking or ski boots.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. On the ground floor, in the shared area, you will find a bike washing station and a secure space in the garage for storing sports equipment. In addition, there is a private parking space for one car inside the fenced property.
The apartment is ideally located close to many hiking trails, including the GR54, Lake Eychauda and Ailefroide, as well as numerous short walks starting near the house. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the starting point of the hike to the Glacier Blanc. In winter, you can enjoy the ski resorts of Pelvoux and Puy-Saint-Vincent. A bus stop is located next to the house, and during school holidays a shuttle service runs between the ski resorts.

If you are travelling with bicycles or motorbikes, they can be stored safely in the garage. You will also have access to a small workshop and a water point for bike maintenance and repairs.
Availability and Booking
- Deposit on the day of booking: 50% of the rental price
- Balance: 1 month before the arrival date
- Cancellation fees: 30% if more than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% if between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, no refund if less than 15 days before the arrival date
